Jack White Covers Kanye West In Dublin [Video]

Jack White is never one to play things safe. Every single project he has been attached to in the world of music, from The White Stripes to Third Man Records, has been built upon a foundation of innovation that seems to never cease. There is no sound too odd or story too long, just music.

Recently, Jack White traveled to Ireland to play a large scale music festival. The show opened with White and his band performing the Yeezus cut “Black Skinhead” in full, then transitioned into material from White’s critically acclaimed career. You can view the first fifteen minutes of the show, including the cover, below.

White’s appearance in Dublin was not all that brief. He performed for over 130-minutes total, and along the way included covers of Beck’s “Where It’s At” and The Stooges’ “I Wanna Be Your Dog” as part of a medley with The White Stripes’ “Fell In Love With A Girl.”

Jack White will return to the Europe this fall. Tour dates are as follows:

November 17: Leeds Arena
November 18: Glasgow Hydro Arena
November 19: London O2
