Jeezy Recruits Jay Z For “Seen It All”

Jeezy is returning to the rap game this morning with the release of a killer new single titled “Seen It All.”

At this point, you know the story of Jeezy. Previously known as Young Jeezy, the last decade has seen the Atlanta native top urban charts a handful of times. He dropped the ‘Young’ from his name in recent years to reflect his own maturity, and it’s that aged world perspective that drives “Seen It All.” You can stream the song, in full, at the end of this post.

We can’t talk about this track without discussing the unexpected appearance from Jay Z. Hova has been steadily busy for the last year, but it’s a rare treat that he decides to grace a street-ready track with his signature flow. I’m not saying he’s outgrown the scene, but there are times that I believe Jay forgot what it is people loved about his early records. Here, paired with Jeezy, the driven man with colorful wordplay that delivered Hard Knock Life is back from the dead.

Jeezy will release a new record later this year, and I think it goes without saying that “Seen It All” will be included on the final track list. Follow UTG on Twitter for updates.
