Do you enjoy watching people getting punched? Slapped? With a power pop backing track? This video from Mike Bell and The Movies (ex-Algernon Cadwallader, Bandname, Dangerous Ponies) may be for you.

The four-piece Philadelphia-based outfit premiered their video for “Everyone” on the AV Club yesterday. The video features vocalist/guitarist Mike Bell getting punched and slapped in slow motion, complete with blood and the slightest bit of humane hesitation from Bell’s attackers. What a great way to start your morning.

“Everyone” comes from the band’s latest full-length record, Nothing Works, which was pressed on 12″ vinyl by Major Bear Records and is currently available for order.
