Iggy Azalea Leads Second Wave Of Teen Choice Awards Nominations

The second wave of 2014 Teen Choice Awards nominations were revealed late Thursday, and as many had suspected “Fancy” hitmaker Iggy Azalea was the star of the show. The Australian born, self-proclaimed New Classic picked up five nominations Thursday night, including Choice R&B/Hip-Hop Song, Choice Summer Song, Choice Summer Music Star; Female, and two nods for Choice Single Female Artist (“Fancy” and “Problem”). These five are in addition to the nod Iggy received for Choice R&B/Hip-Hop Artist during the first wave of announcements. Ariana Grande also nabbed three new nominations, even going head-to-head with her “Problems” partner Azalea in the Choice Summer Music Star: Female category.
