The summer of added madness on the Vans Warped Tour continues today with the addition of A Day To Remember to one of the Midwest’s biggest dates.
Warped Tour founder Kevin Lyman surprised attendees to the world’s largest traveling music festival this morning by announcing that A Day To Remember will be performing a special one-off headline performance during today’s tour stop in Chicago. The time of the band’s set has yet to be revealed, but if it’s anything like Linkin Park’s appearance earlier this summer, concertgoers can expect a set sometime between four and six o’clock.
A Day To Remember are longtime Warped Tour veterans, but this summer they chose to skip the traveling festival in order to take on other touring opportunities. As long as the group stays together another year or two, which I am certain they will, fans can expect them to eventually return to Warped Tour again. Their latest album, Common Courtesy is available now wherever music is sold.
