As much as I miss RXB’s less produced sound of recording live, Gemini, Her Majesty has grown on me more and more over the past two weeks of listening to it non-stop. As I’ll be seeing them with The Dear Hunter early next month, I look forward to seeing how they prepare the arrangements for some of these new tracks for a live setting.

Anyway, RX Bandits are currently streaming their newest album in full before it officially drops tomorrow. Featuring more prog, more melody, and more radio-friendly structures, Gemini, Her Majesty is quite possibly the band’s most accessible album to date. The lack of horns will always be upsetting but the four remaining members since …And The Battle Begun have held their own and released some of their best material to date on Mandala and their newest LP.
