UTG TV: ETID Meets CYE At Warped 2014

CYE x ETID (D. SKANK PHOTOGRAPHY)

We here at Under The Gun Review like to consider ourselves family. For us, it’s important to keep in mind that the music community is in fact a community. At events like Warped Tour, you get to meet a lot of new people. UTG TV was able to bring together Close Your Eyes and Every Time I Die for the first time.

I’m sure you remember UTG TV’s segment entitled ‘Boozin’ With Buckley‘ we ran with Keith from Every Time I Die not too long ago. Well, unfortunately we couldn’t have a second installment of the boozing (considering it was mid-afternoon), but we still wanted to catch up with the ETID frontman.

While Keith was in a bit of a hurry to get to an autograph signing, I was in conversation with Brett Callaway of Close Your Eyes, so we decided to conduct an impromptu interview where we crossed the worlds of ETID and CYE to talk about Warped Tour, mud flinging, the bands’ respective records From Parts Unknown and Line In The Sand, and an upcoming foam party.
