New Trailer For Christopher Nolan’s ‘Interstellar’ Continues To Befuddle And Provide Awe

The Dark Knight director, Christopher Nolan, returns to his trademark epic scope and awe-inspiring visual ideas with this fall’s Interstellar. Check out the new trailer here!

Matthew McConaughey stars in this new film as Cooper, a father, engineer, and pilot in a near-future planet Earth that now suffers from immense drought. Planet Earth is becoming increasingly uninhabitable and it is up to Cooper and two other space-ready pilots (Anne Hathaway and David Oyelowo) to search for another planet for mankind to occupy. With a supporting cast including Michael Caine, Wes Bentley, John Lithgow, Jessica Chastain, Topher Grace, and Casey Affleck, Interstellar is looking to please anyone who searches for intelligence when watching big-budget movies.

The utterance of “love is the only thing that transcends space and time,” alone causes shivers down my spine. As per usual with Nolan’s films, the trailer is scant in plot revelations, which is always a good thing. Nolan is looking to blow away viewers again like he did with Inception and The Prestige on November 7! Sound back in the comments and let us know what you think.

Sam Cohen is that guy you can't have a conversation with without bringing up Michael Mann. He is also incapable of separating himself from his teenage angst (looking at you, Yellowcard). Read on as he tries to formulate words about movies!
