We all got what we had been wanting for years: a Midtown reunion. It was short lived, and not very extravagant, but hey, it happened. Skate & Surf got it. Maybe it will happen again. But who knows? Now that that is all over, it appears that the frontman Gabe Saporta is working on new music.

Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy tweeted yesterday confirming the news. There is no news as to what form it takes — Cobra Starship, solo work, Midtown (please, God) or what. But all we know is that it’s happening. Also Saporta retweeted it. That essentially is double the confirmation. Now we wait.
