Icarus The Owl Announced as Special Guest on Blue Swan Records Tour

Moments ago, the post-hardcore community erupted with the exciting news that Icarus The Owl will be joining the Blue Swan Records Tour as the previously billed “Special Guest.” Despite predictions that the guest spot would eventually go to masters of mystery, Secret Band, the selection of Icarus The Owl is definitely fitting for the tour which will feature Hail The Sun and Stolas.

Both headliners are promoting upcoming full-length albums and are expected to be debuting some new material while on the 34-stop tour, sponsored by MerchNow, which will begin on September 3 in Bakersfield, CA. A full list of tour dates can be found below the jump.

A relatively new label, Blue Swan Records was created by Will Swan of Dance Gavin Dance, and has gone about signing some of the scene’s most sought-after acts, including Hail The Sun, Stolas, Sianvar, Kurt Travis, Secret Band, and recently, Eidola.
