Don’t Be A Bitter Dinosaur — Drop Everything and Listen to New Found Glory’s New Single “Selfless”

Just in case your coffee wasn’t doing the job for you this morning, details have emerged for New Found Glory‘s upcoming eighth studio album. iTunes UK has launched a pre-order for the LP with an October 6 release date, which means it should be available on October 7 in the U.S.

The album is appropriately titled Resurrection, as it’s their first album on Hopeless Records and first release since the dismissal of founding guitarist Steve Klein back in December.

The band has also released a music video for the album’s first single “Selfless.” It’s a classic New Found Glory banger that would sound perfectly at home on Catalyst or Not Without a Fight, so it doesn’t seem the lineup change has slowed them down one bit.

Adding to the excitement, New Found Glory has been tapped to headline the 2014 Glamour Kills Tour this fall, featuring support from We Are The In Crowd, Fireworks, Candy Hearts, Better Off and Red City Radio. Dates for that tour, along with the “Selfless” music video and Resurrection track list can all be found below.
