The Blood Brothers Expand Reunion Tour

The best news of the day has been released. Everyone else waiting to release a major announcement might as well pack it in and come back tomorrow.

Months after initially revealing plans to reunite, The Blood Brothers have unveiled plans to play several more shows between August and November of this year. The new dates include performances in Los Angeles and New York City, as well as Seattle (which is as close to a hometown show as fans will probably get). You can view the full list of dates at the end of this post.

UTG staffer Matthew Leimkuehler will be on hand at FYF Fest later this month for The Blood Brothers’ first performance in almost a decade. I don’t want to commit to anything he hasn’t already planned, but I think it’s safe to assume a full review of the show will be live in the days following the fest. Stay tuned!

Tour dates:
8/22 The Showbox Seattle, WA w/ Naomi Punk
8/23-8/24 FYF Fest Los Angeles, CA
10/4 Modern Sky Festival in Central Park New York, NY
10/5 Warsaw Brooklyn, NY w/ Violent Bullshit
11/7-11/9 Fun Fun Fun Fest Austin, TX
