Foo Fighters Tease Eight Seconds Of Their Eighth Studio Album

Today is August 8, which means it’s 8/8, and earlier today the members of Foo Fighters decided to share with fans a short, 8-seconds clip from the band’s upcoming eighth studio album. Eight. Eight. Eight. Eight. Eight. See a theme?

We have no idea when Foo Fighters will grace the world with their new album, but if the clip found below is any indication of what we can expect I think it’s safe to say the band is just as aggressive as ever. The footage released this morning features no music, but does offer Dave Grohl’s signature voice shouting “All Rise” in a way that is sure to make your blood pump just a bit faster. Check it out:

There are rumors that Foo Fighters will release their still untitled album in November, but until the band sets a date we are not holding our breath. That said, if it is true there is a good likelihood the album’s first single will surface in the not too distant future. Stay tuned.
