UTG TV: Rockstar Mayhem Fest 2014 With Levi Benton Of Miss May I

In 2009, I witnessed Miss May I perform at Irving Plaza in New York City without knowing a single thing about the band. By 2014, the band has released four full-length albums via Rise Records, and has been growing just as steadily as the label has.

This April, the band released Rise Of The Lion to critical acclaim, charting in the upper ranks of the the Billboard charts in America. This summer, we caught up with them at the Rockstar Mayhem Festival 2014 in Scranton, PA.

We spoke to vocalist Levi Benton about Miss May I’s rise to success and how the tour has been so far. He told us about the band recording with Terry Date on the newest record, a process that the guys were ecstatic about. He’s worked alongside talent as varied as Sir Mix-A-Lot and Ozzy Osbourne.

Below you can find our exclusive UTG TV interview with Levi Benton.
