Noise rock band Cymbals Eat Guitars just released their brilliant LP LOSE last week and it has caught the attention of numerous new fans as well as bigger music names.

Today, the band has released a very image-filled music video for their song “Laramie” which comes off the aforementioned latest effort. The video shows different images of the ocean, a car windshield being pelted with rain, and others while the band is overdubbed through these images playing their respective instruments.

The band had to say this about the video and its direction:

“Our friend Milton Ladd is an awesomely talented artist and filmmaker who we were really keen to work with after seeing the videos he has done for Zambri and Hooray For Earth. It also gave us an excuse to hang out, build a huge rain machine on the roof of Joe’s car and drive around New Jersey getting stared at. It was a great time. Enjoy the video for “Laramie”!”

The band is about to embark on tour tomorrow through the end of October, supporting big names like Bob Mould (Husker Du, Sugar) and the one and only Brand New on their fall tour dates. Check out the dates below and be sure to catch the band light up one of these shows.
