Emo duo, John Bradley and Scott Scharinger, also known as Dads, have just premiered a new track entitled “Chewing Ghosts.” This new track is off of their upcoming record, I’ll Be The Tornado, which is due out on October 14.

A pattern is being formed based on these new releases. This pattern involves the band’s attempts to give their overall sound a facelift in the form of more upbeat, less sulky rhythms. “Chewing Ghosts” sounds like an excellent after-party from a good last night of tour. Here’s to hoping the ball keeps rolling as Dads continue to produce appealing, buoyant-sounding emo jams.
