Become the Director With Ty Segall’s Hands-On Video for “Manipulator”

In the two weeks following Ty Segall‘s release of his newest garage rock album Manipulator, he’s been on national TV, kicked off his tour, and is proving he will always be at the top of today’s garage rock scene. Today he’s shared a new interactive video for the title-track that puts you in the director’s chair.

Directed by Matt Yoka, the “Manipulator” video allows viewers to click their way through the video they want to see. Do some redecorating, beckon aliens to destroy a human, or just sit back and watch some black and white TV thanks to Simon Wiscombe’s awesome coding. That’s right; it’s time to do some manipulating of your own. Who says only the people onstage can have fun?
