Earlier this summer the historic pop-punkers, Hidden In Plain View, announced they would be playing some reunion dates in New York and the United Kingdom. However, the news went mostly unnoticed on the band’s modest Facebook page, which at the moment has only 2,100 or so “Likes.”
If you recall, Hidden In Plain View disbanded in 2007, some time before the popularity of Facebook surged, and the need to have a Facebook page for your band became a must. Still, the band has been using the page to keep fans up to date on changes surrounding their upcoming performances, and indicated that additional dates might arise soon. Then, late last week, a teaser surfaced for a new Hidden In Plain View track.
This morning, the band released their brand new single entitled “No Way Out,” which is now available to stream or purchase on Bandcamp. Without new information regarding upcoming music or tours, fans are left to speculate on the future of Hidden In Plain View for now. While you wait, be sure to stream “No Way Out” below:
