If you’ve yet to jump on the Betty Who bandwagon, you better hurry up and take your seat. Just when we thought the soon-to-be superstar pop songstress couldn’t get any better, she released a brand new single entitled “Runaways.” The track is taken from her debut LP, Take Me When You Go, which is set to release on October 7 via RCA.
“Runaways” is a massive, infectious, bass and synth-driven pop banger that we absolutely can’t refrain from dancing to. It isn’t anything groundbreaking in the scope of top 40 pop, as it does have a very Katy Perry-esque layout to it, but it’s solid nonetheless and we aren’t complaining. If you couldn’t get enough of Betty Who’s previous singles like “Somebody Loves You” and “Heartbreak Dream” then “Runaways” will surely start your day off on the right foot.
