We have a slew of unsigned exclusives coming your way this week, and the latest offering comes to us from none other than Ohio pop punk outfit Across The Viaduct.
To be fair, Across The Viaduct are not pop punk in the same way, say, Man Overboard are pop punk. Their sound is certainly rooted in influences from the Warped Tour world of musicians, but there is a very defined indie presence in their music as well that helps add a level of sonic maturity to the whole affair. “Night Shift,” the band’s latest single, showcases all of this with heartfelt lyricism and a sense of melancholy that is hard to shake. The video is performance heavy, but thanks to creative editing it’s never boring. You can view the visuals below:
“Night Shift” is the first single off Across The Viaduct’s Under Your Skin EP, which is currently scheduled for release later this fall. We expect big things from the band in the months ahead and plan to cover them heavily in 2015. Take time to get familiar with their unique sound now so you can tell everyone you were amongst the first to hop on their fast-growing bandwagon.
