Yesterday progressive pop-punk unit, Alive In Standby, announced that they would be returning to the studio to record a follow-up to their latest release Never Ending. Much like our friends in State Champs, the new EP from Alive In Standby is said to be titled Never Ending: The Acoustic Sessions, and will consist of 5 acoustic renditions of songs from their recent release.
The band shared the news over Facebook, stating that they would be once again returning to work at Zoinga Recording in Royal Oak, MI this week. Release details are unknown for the moment, but you can get a taste of what’s to come by checking out the band’s recent Real Feels acoustic performances, including an alternate version of the band’s song, “Weigh You Down,” below the jump.
