The Keep A Breast Foundation has been a part of the alternative music scene for as long as I can remember. They’ve been on Warped Tour for a number of years now and you can almost always find someone sporting a “I <3 boobies" bracelet at any concert featuring Fearless, Rise or Sumerian Records bands. The foundation has taken the next big step as an organization, and recently announced the launch of Keep A Breast UK. To celebrate the launch, they teamed up with Carry The 4 to release a free 25-track compilation titled Check Yourself – Volume 1. The compilation features artists like Say Anything, Four Year Strong, You Blew It!, The Story So Far and more. You can stream and download the album below the jump. You can also find a short message from Keep A Breast reminding young women everywhere to check themselves regularly.

Keep A Breast encourages you to take the pledge to perform a monthly self-check on your breasts and help spread the word about the importance of early detection by uploading a snap of the three fingered salute as seen on www.checkyourselfie.eu, along with the #CHECKYOURSELFIE ‘hashtag’. Remember, young people can get breast cancer too!
