‘The Avengers: Infinity War’ Announcement Trailer Puts All Eyes On Thanos

The biggest announcement of Marvel‘s massive phase three event yesterday afternoon was the announcement that a two-part Avengers film would be arriving in the years to come. The Avengers: Infinity War will be spread across 2018 and 2019, but you can begin getting excited today because a cell phone video featuring the film’s announcement trailer has found its way online.

We are nearly half a decade away from the release of The Avengers: Infinity War, so it should come as no surprise that the trailer you are about to see contains no footage from the upcoming film. Instead, Marvel has pieced together key sequences from all their films up to this point and added a glimpse of Thanos wearing the infinity gauntlet in order to ensure that comic fans everywhere burst with joy. The video is a little shaky, but until Marvel shares the HD clip this is all we have. Enjoy:
