Riding high off the successful debut of her latest album, pop star Taylor Swift has unveiled plans to visit her numerous fans around the globe in early 2015.

Announced this morning, just a few hours after news broke that 1989 would be the first platinum album of 2014, Taylor Swift will embark on the 1989 World Tour beginning May 20, 2015 in Louisiana. The tour will hit North America and Europe before heading to Australia in December 2015. You can view the dates and cities already revealed at the end of this post.

Vance Joy, whose hit song “Riptide” was recently covered by Taylor, is supporting all North American dates and Shawn Mendes will also join the tour for select performances. If you don’t know either up and comer now, make time prior to the show to become familiar with their work. By the time the 1989 tour wraps, they will likely be household names.

1989 is available now wherever music is sold.
