We are fast-approaching the release of A Better Tomorrow, and early this morning the Wu-Tang Clan took steps to ensure our anticipation for its arrival remained high with the surprise release of a new song.
Titled “Ruckus In B Minor,” the latest single from Wu-Tang Clan relies on live instrumentation to create a beat for the crew to ride. This is thrilling in some ways, but also pulls the grip further away from the gritty sound many fans have longed to hear brought back to the group’s music. I vibe with it however, and I think those with an open mind will be as well, even if a few Wu members feel a bit lazy with their delivery. You can stream “Ruckus In B Minor” below:
A Better Tomorrow is due out December 2. I’m not sold on a whole record that sounds like this, but some of you may be. Comment below and let us know your thoughts on “Ruckus In B Minor.”
