Never ones to take themselves too seriously, Patent Pending have released a video for “Hey Mario” that asks the question that matters: what’s Mario’s deal?
In the goofy music video, the poppy punk band take on their Mario and The Brick Breakers alter-egos and take an objective look at Mario’s intentions in the Mushroom Kingdom. In a world where depressing, serious, sad-all-the-time pop punk is the norm, it’s nice to have a band like Patent Pending to remind us to have fun every now and again.
