Small Houses Streams “Staggers and Rise”

Small Houses

Small Houses have released a new track titled “Staggers and Rise,” off of their upcoming record, Still Talk; Second City, out Feb. 10, 2015. Small Houses is the musical moniker of Jeremy Quentin, a Flint, MI native currently based in Philadelphia.

“Staggers and Rise” is somewhat nostalgic, all while creating a sense of ease and organic investigation in its path. With vocals that smoothly run through the track while keeping the perfect contrast of rasp, coupled with guitars that pay homage to the great songwriters of music’s past, “Staggers and Rise” is a wonderful introduction to the upcoming album.

Follow us after the jump to experience “Staggers and Rise,” and be sure to be on the lookout for Still Talk, Second City, this winter via The Cottage Recording Co. Small Houses tour dates can be found here.
