Angels & Airwaves Release New Song, “Bullets In The Wind”

After releasing the music video for “The Wolkpack” last week, Angels & Airwaves has surprised fans with a new musical vibe on the latest song to appear off their upcoming album, The Dream Walker.

“Bullets in The Wind,” premiering on AltPress, is slightly surprising as it sounds a lot different than past releases. The song consists of an intro riff that resembles an indie pop sound rather than the staple space rock that AVA has been known to produce.

Here is what Tom DeLonge had to say to AltPress about the track:

“Here’s a left turn for the vintage Angels fans. [It’s] a song referencing the ‘transistor radio’—a dream of bringing rock and roll back to the forefront of modern music.”

The Dream Walker is slated for release on December 9 and in conjunction with the release of a short film named Poet Anderson: The Dream Walker.
