Get Your Holiday Spirit On With The Killers and Jimmy Kimmel

In the past, The Killers have made it their annual goal to produce a silly Christmas-themed song for fans- sending proceeds to charities like (RED), which works to promote AIDS awareness and prevention. The project has been going on since 2006 and often features other artists, with Elton John and The Pet Shop Boys among past collaborators.

This year’s holiday tune is called “Joel, the Lump of Coal,” and the guest is none other than late night talk show host, Jimmy Kimmel. The song made its debut as part of a sketch on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night with Jimmy and The Killers working out the details of the song. The sketch ends with the premiere of a music video in classic Christmas style for “Joel, the Lump of Coal.”
