It’s been several months since Smashing Pumpkins vocalist Billy Corgan announced that the band would be putting together a pair of albums.
Since that time, the band entered the studio to record Monuments to an Elegy, with help from Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. The album is to be followed immediately by Day For Night, though little news regarding the second record has been given so far.
Currently, you can stream Monuments to an Elegy on iTunes Radio. The record arrives on December 9 via BMG. Pre-orders are ongoing.
