Incubus Will Be Releasing Two New EPs in 2015

After a quiet couple years, with side/solo projects taking over much of that time, renowned alternative rockers Incubus are ready to make a big comeback for 2015. This is the newest material the band has recorded since 2011’s If Not Now, When? which was released on Epic Records.

This time around, the band has signed with Island Records and will be releasing two EPs through the course of the year, with production done by the band themselves. The two EPs will contain enough songs on each release to combine into an album, with the first one coming out as early as February or March and the latter coming out in the summer. According to an interview with Billboard, guitarist Mike Einziger stated that, “most of the music we’ve written is high energy [but] we’ve written our slowest song, but also our heaviest song.”

At this past weekend’s KROQ’s Almost Acoustic Christmas, the band performed a new song named “Trust Fall” for the first time and you can watch the performance below. Be sure to stay close with UTG as more updates come in.
