Marvel Reveals Release Date for Netflix’s ‘Daredevil’ Series

Daredevil

After a long production phase, Netflix‘s Daredevil has finally been given a release date. Matt Murdock and company will be hitting your streaming service menus on April 10, 2015. All 13 episodes will be available at that time, so plan to take work/school off accordingly.

The series will star Boardwalk Empire‘s Charlie Cox as the titular character, Daredevil, or better known by his friends and family as Matt Murdock. Deborah Ann Woll will play Daredevil’s love interest, Karen Page, and Vincent D’Onofrio will play the villainous Kingpin.

Based off of The Man Without Fear comic-arc, Netflix and the show crew have promised a darker, and grittier Daredevil, as compared to the Ben Affleck starring film version from 2003.

Are you all ready? I sure am. Be sure to follow us after the jump to check out a new poster to hold you over until we get a full-fledged trailer.
