The Sidekicks Stream New Album, ‘Runners In The Nerved World’

Alternative punkers The Sidekicks have had an awe-inspiring couple of months, due largely in part to their signing with Epitaph Records back in November in order to release a follow-up to 2012’s Awkward Breeds. In signing with the ever-growing label, they will be releasing a new album called Runners In The Nerve World on January 20.

To further promote the release, the band teamed up with Stereogum to stream the album in its entirety. Don’t let the slow aspect of the album fool you, for there are numbers that certainly still have the fast punk rhythms reminiscent of their older material, like “Blissfield, MI.”
