UTG PREMIERE: Walter Mitty and His Makeshift Orchestra (Space Jam Session)

Walter Mitty

It’s a big day for premieres here at UTG. Following our exclusive with Ivory Deville early this morning, we have the great pleasure of presenting you with a Space Jam Session featuring Walter Mitty and His Makeshift Orchestra.

Oh, you don’t know Walter Mitty and His Makeshift Orchestra? Shame on you. This West Coast group have been rising through the underground for more than a minute now, and in that time they’ve proven themselves to be a unique musical concoction of rock, folk, pop, and jam band that is hard to put down. Today, we have two acoustic performances to share, including renditions of “Full Body Yawn” and “101 North.” You can view videos of each performance below.

If you like what you hear, please consider supporting Walter Mitty And His Makeshift Orchestra. “Full Body Yawn” is off their recently released LP, Well Soon, and “101 North” is off their recently repressed 10″ titled Overwhelmed and Underdressed. You can order both from Lauren Records.
