Migos Extend Their Club Anthem Reign With “One Time”

Following years spent rising through the ranks of underground hip-hop, the men of Migos are currently working on their first full-length album. The record has a title (YRN: The Album), but at this point no release date exists. Considering the fact their last mixtape dropped in November we thought we’d have to wait at least half a year for more material to surface, but early this morning the trio surprised everyone by sharing a supposed album cut.

“One Time” actually premiered last night on Atlanta’s Streetz 94.5 radio station, but a proper stream of the song did not find its way online until this morning, February 5. News of the release quickly made headlines around the globe, followed not long after by a low quality radio rip that did not serve the real track justice. We thought about posting that rip, but ultimately decided to wait. The official stream hit our inbox a short while ago, and now we’re here to share the latest offering from Migos with all of you. Enjoy:

I doubt we’ll hear much about YRN: The Album until Migos are sure it’s ready for release. Too many notable hip-hop stars have seen album sales suffer due to delays and setbacks for Migos to not have learned a lesson or two from their mistakes. Stay tuned.
