Adam Sandler Mines For Laughs In ‘The Cobbler’ Trailer

Adam Sandler has been starring in a slew of bad movies lately. Between Blended and Men, Women & Children, some people are asking if he could return to his former glory. Who knows, maybe his new film The Cobbler is the project audiences have been pining for. Despite some fairly negative reviews coming out of the film’s premiere at Toronto International Film Festival, maybe we will all be surprised.

From director Thomas McCarthy (Win Win, The Station Agent), The Cobbler follows a hard working shoe repairman (Sandler) in New York who finds a mythical tool in his basement that enables him to step into the lives of his customers just by wearing their shoes. The cast also includes Steve Buscemi, Dustin Hoffman, Dan Stevens, Ellen Barkin, Method Man, and Melonie Diaz. The Cobbler is set for a limited theatrical release on March 13.

You can view the trailer below. We will let you know more about its wide release once we know more.
