Between all the endlessly enjoyable material released by Das Racist — up until their untimely breakup in 2012 — and his own solo mixtapes released thus far, Himanshu “Heems” Suri never disappoints. To continue the trend, he’ll be releasing his first proper solo effort, cleverly titled Eat Pray Thug, on March 10 via Megaforce.

This new single, featuring Blood Orange’s Dev Hynes, seems to be one of his most personal and sentimental we’ve heard yet. It’s smooth, reflective, and ultimately pretty surprising honestly. Regardless, I can’t get enough. It’s a new side of Heems I can get used to with ease.
