UTG PREMIERE: Erica Glyn – “Make It Right” Lyric Video

Erica Glyn Make It Right Lyric Video

Strap yourself in and take a Rorschach-like adventure with the new lyric video from indie rock artist Erica Glyn. The new video for her hypnotic and infectious track “Make It Right” is an outright digitally inked trip. The song comes off of her latest EP, Dollars For Thieves, which dropped last month.

The influence for the artistic vision of the video comes from the late Ian S. Ross, an artist who passed away in 2006.

Glyn had this to say about the video for her new track, “Make It Right,” and Ian S. Ross’ work:

In a broad stroke, the song is about making choices in life and pushing oneself to make better, bolder ones. Sometimes I think it seems easier to remain in the status quo, and easier to be passive when in actuality if you just push yourself a little, we find that it’s better on the other side. This song is trying to encourage/challenge us to dare to break bad behavioral cycles. I am honored to have the permission of the Ross family to incorporate Ian’s work with mine. I think they compliment one another with depth and grace. Ian S. Ross was a filmmaker, photographer, muscian and artist in Boston and NYC. His art is a unique mix of humor, rock and roll culture and random personal interactions. Ian never missed a minute.
