Michigan indie/emo outfit Secret Grief have a handful of releases under their belt, each one providing a slightly different perspective on the group’s wide array of talents. Thus, our staff is particularly looking forward to hearing what is next for the band on their upcoming album, The Sea of Trees. While it is slated to hit the internet this week via Triple Deke Records, we fortunately have a brand new song from the record for you to check out.
Entitled “Faking Orgasms,” the cut is minimalistic emo at certain points, As Cities Burn-esque post-hardcore at others, and undeniably fantastic the entire way through.
Follow the jump to give “Faking Orgasms” a listen and be sure to pre-order a physical copy of The Sea of Trees here before its May release date.
