Warpaint Return with Haunting New Single, “No Way Out (Redux)”

Warpaint

Earlier in the week, Warpaint stopped by BBC Radio 1 to premiere the first in “a series of new songs being released this year,” and as per usual, the Los Angeles outfit didn’t disappoint.

Magnificently melancholy from the word go, “No Way Out (Redux),” is both spacious and spellbinding, and falls perfectly in line with the foursome’s previous body of work. Airtight harmonies circle high overhead as a throbbing bassline pulls listeners deeper and deeper into introspection, and all at once it becomes clear that 2015 may just be group’s biggest year yet. Give the track a listen by following the jump below, and let us know if you’re a fan in the comments section.

Warpaint will be trekking across Europe for a majority of next month. To see if they’ll be in your area, check out the band’s full itinerary here.
