Sun Kil Moon Stream “Ali/Spinks 2” from ‘Universal Themes’

Sun-Kil-Moon

Sun Kil Moon has released a new track titled “Ali/Spinks 2,” from his upcoming LP Universal Themes. You may be wondering how long it’s been since Benji released, and the answer is barely over a year, but that hasn’t seemed to bother Sun Kil Moon songwriter Mark Kozelek. Sun Kil Moon’s next LP, Universal Themes, is set to release on June 2.

While new music is on the way, Universal Themes is most certainly not Benji 2.0. With “Ali/Spinks 2,” Sun Kil Moon continue with the stream of consciousness lyricism, though the track is a garage sounding, distorted song on the thought and philosophy of the trials of modern human life.
