Earl Sweatshirt Announces New Album, Shares First Single

Following Drake and Kendrick Lamar‘s surprise album release efforts, Earl Sweatshirt has revealed that his new album will arrive in seven days (or less).

Late last night, iTunes added a pre-order page for a new Earl Sweatshirt album titled I Don’t Like Shit, I Don’t Go Outside. The record is scheduled for release next Tuesday, March 23, which is the same date Kendrick Lamar originally teased for his new joint (before releasing it earlier this week without warning). Fans were quick to celebrate the news, but a lengthy rant from Earl on Twitter earlier today made it seem like this release has not gone as planned. Check it out:

All that aside, the release seems to be moving forward. The album’s first single, “Grief,” can be streamed below:

The official track list reads as follows:

01 Huey
02 Mantra
03 Faucet
04 Grief
05 Off Top
06 Grown Ups [ft. Dash]
07 AM // Radio [ft. Wiki]
08 Inside
09 Dna [ft. Na’kel]
10 Wool [ft. Vince Staples]

We’ll bring you more on Earl’s new album as soon as additional information becomes available. For now, comment below and let us know your thoughts on “Grief.”
