Amy Winehouse Documentary ‘Amy’ Hits Theaters July 3

The late Grammy-winning jazz/R&B icon Amy Winehouse will be remembered around the fourth anniversary of her death with a feature-length documentary film that will hit UK theaters on July 3.

Directed by Asif Kapadia, the documentary will tell Winehouse’s heartbreaking story of life and death, giving fans an inside look on her side of the story. The documentary will include never released music and archived footage, all used to truly depict the life of Winehouse.

The trailer for Amy was premiered at a pre-Grammy event back in February.
