The World Is A Beautiful Place Sign To Epitaph Records

Connecticut emo revivalists The World Is A Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid To Die have just announced that they are now a part of the Epitaph family. The label is also currently home to Bad Religion, Weezer, Joyce Manor and many more. TWIABP has reportedly just entered Silver Bullet Studios in Burlington, Connecticut, where they will be writing and recording their upcoming new full-length.

The band will be putting out two EPs prior to the release of the full-length record; one of which will be a 7″ split EP with Rozwell Kid via Broken World Media due out on June 23, and another will be a two-track 7″ EP via Topshelf on June 28. Vocalist and guitarist Derrick Shanholtzer-Dvorak shares: “We are a band that likes to follow through on all of our terrible ideas so it’s great to be on a label that enthusiastically supports us in this.”

In addition to new music, the band will also be playing a few shows in the New York and Pennsylvania area with Spraynard and Makeshift Shelters. More details are available below.
