PVRIS Release Ghostly New Video For “White Noise”

Massachusetts trio PVRIS came out swinging last year with one of the most solid, memorable debuts we’ve experienced in some time. Start to finish, White Noise is a powerhouse of infectious pop rock and it still hasn’t worn on us yet.

Today, the band has premiered a brand new music video over at Nylon for the album’s title track, “White Noise.” Unarguably inspired by Tobe Hooper’s 1982 classic Poltergeist, the video features the three members of PVRIS experiencing some paranormal activity. Of course, this is all a metaphor for rifts and lack of communication in a relationship, shown by vocalist Lynn Gunn’s desperation in the video.
