Motion City Soundtrack Announce ‘Commit This To Memory’ Summer Tour

Following a successful run at the top of the year, Motion City Soundtrack have revealed new dates for their Commit This To Memory 10-year anniversary tour.

Kicking off July 11 in Illinois, the latest set of Commit This To Memory dates from Motion City Soundtrack will include support from The Spill Canvas and fast-rising band Sorority Noise. Dates for the run can be found at the end of this post.

Coincidentally, The Spill Canvas’ popular One Fell Swoop also turns a decade old this year. This tour will be the band’s first formal outing in over a year as various members took time off for family while frontman Nick Thomas recorded and released his first solo album. Whether or not this outing means more Spill Canvas tours and records will come is yet to be determined, but we can still dream.

A lot of people have told me Sorority Noise are going to be huge this year, so I’ve included some music from them to get you further excited for this tour. Comment and let me know what show you plan to attend.
