UTG PREMIERE: Cold Shoulders – “Wasting Away” (Music Video)

If you’re looking for your next summer jam, look no further than Cold Shoulders. Comprised of Jordan Witzigeuter of The Ready Set, Jared Ryan Maldonado of Dresses, and Trevor Dahl of Plug In Stereo, the L.A. trio have made a habit of huge hooks, resulting in a one-of-a-kind groove that is catchy and carefree in all the right ways.

Today, we’re thrilled to bring you the threesome’s brand new video for “Wasting Away,” an infectious pop ditty that is certain to get listeners on their feet and moving. The song is taken from the outfit’s self-titled debut EP, which arrived last month via Mad Dragon Records.

“I think it’s about feeling like you’re stuck creatively,” Witzigeuter said of the track. “Like, you have so much you want to do and express, but outside circumstances keep holding you back, and it just eats you up. The song sounds way happier than it actually is, which is something I love.”
