With track titles like “Ex-Introvert” and “How To: A Self-Help Guide,” Ohio indie/emo outfit Annabel hint at themes of vitality and endurance in their upcoming full-length record, Having It All.

Produced by Into It. Over It.‘s Evan Weiss, The band’s Tiny Engines debut contains eleven tracks that glide off of one another seamlessly. Successfully utilizing the right mixture of crunchy guitars, robust vocals, and substantial lyricism enables the band to reach beyond the generic “emo” label that is thrown around flippantly.
