Reckless Serenade Premiere New Single, “Pretty Monster”

New York-based rock band Reckless Serenade continue to climb in the scene ranks with their abrasive new single, “Pretty Monster.”

The song, which premiered earlier this week via Diffuser.fm, is a powerful, rock-influenced track. Frontman Corey Brent had this to say about the track:

“Pretty Monster” is a song about the kind of girl that can totally destroy you — she’s hot and she knows it. You know she’s trouble and in a weird way, it’s addicting. I think in writing this song, we have taken a significant step forward in discovering our sound. As far as the songwriting process goes, we tried writing the melody first, which is something new for us.
