Sorority Noise have finally unveiled their fantastic, highly-anticipated sophomore record, Joy, Departed. You can stream the record below, courtesy of Noisey.

Joy, Departed makes a noticeable shift away from the fun, yet caustic vibe of Forgettable in favor of a slower, more emo-influenced drive. The band pull the new sound off exceedingly well, and a few mold-breaking songs like “Art School Wannabe” and “Mononokay” make for an interesting, engaging listen from start to finish.

Many of us here at UTG love this record, so make sure you stay tuned for a full review this week. You can purchase Joy, Departed via Topshelf Records’ merch store and according to the label, a few first-press vinyl copies remain on Amazon.
